Heated indoor pool offered some relief from cold.

The road conditions to the ski resort were dreadful, filled with large potholes. Our room was not properly cleaned before arrival, leaving us surprised and disappointed. The on-site dining options were severely limited, and our attempts to communicate with staff were frustrating due to a language barrier.

Staying here was a highlight of our trip to enjoy the nearby Borovets Ski Resort. The room was a spacious suite with a lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing after skiing. The pool area was fantastic, providing a great way to unwind, and the breakfast was enjoyable. We plan to return for more days to take in the beautiful surroundings and amenities.

Great stay with fab amenities!

The rooms were spacious and super comfy. The spa was a highlight! The outdoor jacuzzi was amazing under the stars. Breakfast was decent, and we even found a cute picnic area outside for a sunny snack. the shuttle bus could get cramped during busy times. it was a lovely little getaway!

It was just a great match for a lightning stop in Borovets with reasonable price. The warm pool was amazing after skiing all day. Consider making a trip to the local supermarket for snacks to enjoy in your room.

excellent amenities

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a spa. On my first stay, the staff assisted my elderly parents with such kindness that I still remember. I highly recommend trying a massage at the spa! I’m definitely coming back.

Spacious room, great pool, comprehensive amenities, made our stay very enjoyable, and the staff were helpful with any requests while we appreciated the 24-hour security for peace of mind.
